We have established the framework of your purchasing project, we then sign the mandate to start looking allowing us to visit properties that correspond to your search criteria in your place. You are still able to continue looking on your own but we ask to keep us informed to avoid duplication of work.

The work of house hunters is regulated to ensure that your interests are protected; we are professionals in the property market and are holders of the carte professionelle (professional certification) issued by the Prefecture of Bouches du Rhône, a financial guarantee and professional civil responsibility.

In our work, we represent the buyer, you are our client and we deal with you exclusively. The estates agent represents "the seller" as his client.

We are completely free to work with estate agents, notaries, individuals. We won't only present you with a single catalogue, but rather all the properties that correspond to your wishes.

You don't have to pay anything up front. Our fees are only due when our mission is completed when the definitive purchasing act is signed at the notary's office.

It doesn't cost you more, we do in fact follow your dossier from when we start looking through to the signing of the act. Two scenarios are possible :
	we have found the house of your dreams in collaboration with an estate agent, only theW agent's commission will have to be paid. Our fees will be negotiated directly with the estate agent.
	We find a property without any intermediary help, only the commission as specified in the mandate to look is due (between 2.5% and 4.% (tax included) of the purchase price excluding the notary's fees) depending on the price of the property.
